I’m an Artist and Creative Coach.
My intuitive and artistic process flows both from who I am and what I do – freeing the creative potential in other women while embracing and declaring new visions of myself in the spirit of “letting it flow.”
My story is one of my struggles and triumph in reconnecting with myself.
One morning I woke up to one of the most conflicting experiences.
I didn’t want to go into the business I had spent over two decades building.
I was blind-sighted. The joy was gone. What went wrong? My life was great. It didn’t make sense. From the outside, my life was just right.
But inside, a battle was going on. Anyhow, I got up, dressed, and went to work WITH no penchant.
I tried everything I knew to fix me – to fix this.
I spent thousands of dollars on lectures and programs to take my zeal back.
Yet, I was stressed out from feeling guilty like it was my fault…where was my gratitude??? I read books, prayed, meditated, studied, but to no avail….
I even got busy helping others to get my mind off of me. Though still, I was as empty as before.
What I then came to realize was that I was out of touch with my “self.”
I began asking myself some important questions about – how I used my resources and how or what was making my decisions.
When I started thinking back, it all made sense.
While I was busy coming to the end of me, I was discovering an outlet, Creativity. I had begun painting. My Creativity (painting) connected me to my Creator, opening up what seemed to be a whole other world of endless possibilities. I was experiencing birth pangs! I was pregnant with possibility!!
I had found a tool for healing and self-discovery—a Painting Experience enabling me to tap into my innermost self.
When painting, I began sensing, feeling, and knowing myself. I felt empowered. Hope and fresh energy began to fill me, or I indwelled in it – compelled to help activate and release Creativity for others, and opportunities came.
I began working with my first group in a hybrid format in the spring of 2018. And helped lots of women who had lost faith and hope find their voice, and beat to go about life with zeal.

How quickly will I be able to start once I pay?

How long will it take me to finish this course?
ANSWER: Set aside time in your day/week however you find it most convenient for yourself – which may take a week or two to figure out. Depending on how prepared you are in advance with your supplies and workspace, you could finish each module in as little as 1-7 days, but of course, it depends on your pace and most importantly – let yourself be led through these processes. What if I don't have a creative bone in my body and can't even draw a stick figure?
ANSWER: You are not alone. Like other women I work with whose first thought was that they lacked artistic or creative talent, you’ll do just fine. And yes, what if you can’t even draw a stick figure? Does everyone who can’t draw a stick figure lack creativity? If that were true, then everyone who could draw a stick figure would have the market on all things creative. We all know that’s not true.
What supplies are needed for this program?
ANSWER: This program is designed for all levels. If you are a painter, you sketch or art journal, you may already have some supplies. Here is a list of the basics to get you started:
- paints: red, blue, yellow, white, black
- freezer paper or paper plates, or paint palette
- pencil or pen
- water cup
- palette knife

- variety of brushes – flats, rounds, and various sizes
